Licensing applications - fixed fee services
Our fixed fee service for
licensing applications is part of our commitment to providing businesses no nonsense practical advice and value for money.
We can provide the following services for a fixed fee except in complex or unusual cases:
Personal Licence Applications:
We will complete the necessary application and serve it on the Licensing Authority. Applicants will need the necessary qualification certificate and an up to date Criminal Records Bureau disclosure certificate as well as authenticated passport style photographs.
New Premises Licences or Club Premises Certificate:
This will include advising on all requirements, preparation of the application forms, notices and consents, and arranging for service and publication.
Transfers of Premises Licences:
We will obtain the necessary consent and original licence and complete and serve the application form on the licensing authority and the police.
Change of Designated Premises Supervisor:
We will complete the application form, obtain the consent from the new Designated Premises Supervisor, and serve them on the licensing authority, the police and the outgoing DPS.
Interim Authority Notices:
Following the death, insolvency or mental incapacity of the premises licence holder, we will complete and serve the application on the licensing authority, the police, and the DPS (note the strict time limit of 7 days from death etc to keep licence from lapsing).
Variation of Premises Licences:
This will include advising on all requirements, preparation of the application forms, notices and consents, and arranging for service and publication.
Temporary Event Notices:
Where an event is to be held which involves one or more licensable activity, or where the existing licence needs to be changed on a temporary basis for a specific event, we will complete the necessary application and serve it on the licensing authority and the police. Grant or transfer of Gaming machine permits:
We will complete and serve the application on the licensing authority.
