What is included?
We will maintain your books as you carry on business, creating board minutes, by acting as a secretary, making sure that the annual meeting is properly constituted and all registers maintained. We will attend to all the filing requirements and make sure that banks or other finance houses get the relevant paperwork they sometimes require from a company when lending money etc.
